Position Requirement and Qualifications
Abilities: Employee should have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. They should also have deep knowledge of all products, services, digital properties, and possess financial industry expertise. The individual should work collaboratively in a team environment to support the overall
credit union’s strategic objectives. They should also operate using sound judgement while identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure the Marketing Department is running efficiently.
Knowledge, Education, Certifications, Licenses, Experience:
Employee should have at least 2 – 3 years of financial experience or the equivalent of.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Work is performed primarily in the field. This position does require physical effort to include: booth set up activities, meeting coordination and the packaging/distributing of marketing materials, all of which include lifting, pushing and carrying of supplies to support credit union initiatives.
