  • Overview

    Position Purpose:

    Establish new revenue production streams by contacting and nurturing business relationships with loan production personnel, real estate agents and escrow services.

     

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    1. Work with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to create viable account base
    2. Design marketing strategy with RSM
    3. Schedule introductory meetings with loan production managers, VP’s or brokers to discuss CMTIC’s services and benefits
    4. Make daily office visits to established accounts
    5. Report weekly to RSM on accounts visited and progress in establishing new revenue streams.
    6. Conduct CMTIC presentations in accounts with or without assistance from RSM
    7. Attend necessary/mandatory sales meetings and Industry related events, conferences or classes as needed or required.

     Performance Measurements:

    1. Satisfactory completion of established goals and objectives
    2. Maintains good public relations with outside and inside contacts
    3. Effective marketing strategies performed
    4. Successful demonstration of computer literacy, job knowledge and skills
    5. Supporting and following CMTIC policy and production standards

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    Education: High School Diploma or GED

    Knowledge: Industry procedures and language preferred but not required, computer literacy and proficiency on programs such as Word & Excel are a must. The ability to use some social media programs and/or the ability to easily learn marketing software systems is also required. 

    Experience: Some customer service, direct customer contact and/or sales experience.

     

    Physical Activity Requirements: 

    Travel: Must be physically able to operate a motor vehicle (Not a motorcycle or motorized scooter) to visit multiple offices daily. (10-15 average per day).

    Communication: Ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of using CMTIC services, either one-on-one or to groups. 

    Visual: Must be able to have the visual acuity to examine and understand common industry documents, quote from fee schedules, read spreadsheets and use a computer, laptop or computer tablet. 

    Strength: May be required to lift 10-15 pounds occasionally

     

    Working Conditions:

    The working conditions involve daily travel by vehicle (rain or shine) to multiple professional business locations such as credit union, financial institutions, escrow offices and real estate related offices. Required to carry and deliver marketing materials such as fee schedules, company branded marketing items, informational flyers and presentation laptop and/or projector as necessary.

    Reasoning:  ability to carry out instructions and exhibit problem solving skills.

    Mathematics: Ability to perform basic math functions

    Language: Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.
