This position can be located in Glendale, CA or San Diego, CA

General Summary:
The VP, Administrative and Facilities Management will lead the strategic management of all facilities functions to maintain optimum accommodation, environmental and support service standards within the Credit Union’s policies and budgetary constraints. The incumbent will lead the facilities management and the provision of services (delivered by third parties where appropriate) and the business itself and take part and/or lead responses in all Business Continuity activities related to natural disaster, power interruption, or other events that impact building services.
The VP, Administrative and Facilities Management is responsible for developing strategies related to the effective delivery of services for all corporate building and branch users including staff, visitors, clients, and tenants maximizing good experiences at key service touchpoints throughout the real estate portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical environment is fit for purpose in terms of premises facilities, health & safety, and office accommodation to deliver successful staff performance and excellent member service. In addition, ensuring that the business has the appropriate level of support for the Credit Union’s operational requirements.

The Call Center Member Services Representative is responsible for receiving incoming calls in a prompt and polite manner; providing high quality service to California Credit Union members. Responsibilities include responding to product, operations, and policy inquiries. Resolve complaints in an accurate, timely and professional manner, with the highest level of integrity and service.

The Assistant Member Service Manager’s primary responsibility is managing, and when needed, participating in all service, sales, compliance, and operational activities in the Member Engagement Center. Additionally, under the direction of the Director of Member Engagement Center, the Assistant Member Service Manager position is responsible for providing on-site leadership, training, motivation, and direction for all staff members in order to maintain a quality banking experience for the membership. Maintaining and managing quality service standards set by the organization and supporting the organization’s strategic initiatives will be a critical function of this position.
Provide exceptional member service; using Automated Decision Systems, process loan applications and fund loans; establish new memberships and open new accounts. Respond to member inquiries timely and accurately. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Develop, expand and retain member relationships. Coordinate sales efforts with the appropriate department (Insurance, Financial Services, etc.) as needed. Achieve assigned goals.

Working closely with Accounting Leadership, provides accounting support to include General Ledger Accounting, Account Reconciliations; and Accounting and Regulatory Reporting.
